Privacy policy

1. Controller

This policy is designed to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

• Server and access data: IP address, date and time, browser, device and referring page, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Brief tool: the "Prepare your creative brief" form creates a text file in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
• Communication: if you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Customers: contract, billing and project data needed to deliver our services and meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. Cookies and consent

Necessary storage keeps your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing tools are loaded only after you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. See our cookie policy.

4. Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA), to understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are shortened. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Meta Pixel

With your consent we use the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads to people who visited our site. Meta may link this data to your Meta account and process it in the USA (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We and Meta are joint controllers for collection and transmission. 6. Appointment booking (Cal.com)

To let you book a call directly on our site, we embed the scheduling tool of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). When the booking area loads, your browser connects to Cal.com and transmits technical data such as your IP address. If you book, Cal.com processes your name, email and any notes you enter to schedule the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). More: cal.com/privacy.

7. Service providers

We use hosting, email, Slack (Salesforce) and payment providers to run our business. They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

8. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law (for example, tax records). Consent choices are stored for 12 months.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a data protection authority. Contact kaatz@black-eagle.ae.
