1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to creative subscription services of PrimeCut Creative Team, operated by Black Eagle Services FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. Our services are directed at businesses. An individual service agreement takes precedence over these terms.
2. Services
We provide monthly creative capacity (team hours) for video editing, design, motion, illustration and related copy support. Hours are used as described in your plan. Filming, photography, ad spend, media buying, coding, hosting and voice-over talent are not included.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in AED per month and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Plans are billed monthly in advance.
4. Term and cancellation
Plans renew monthly. Cancellation stops the next renewal under the agreed terms and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Unused hours carry forward for up to 30 days while the subscription is active.
5. Rights of use
After full payment, you receive the rights to use delivered work for your business. Third-party licences (stock, fonts, music) remain subject to their own terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that materials you provide may be used and do not infringe third-party rights, and you remain responsible for how you publish delivered work, including compliance with advertising platform policies.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the month the claim arose, except for intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Courts in Dubai have jurisdiction. Questions: support@primecut.me.
